Bought it for £1.50, but this one and other colours are actually on sale now for only £1.00.

Pros: Very low price for so many colours.
Nice and neutral colours. You can create both a day look and night look with it.

Cons: Not particularly pigmented and therefore also hard to apply and make it look good.
